Wireless connection troubleshooting cheat sheet

Things to try first

  1. Make sure the keyboard is fully charged, or try using it while it's charging. If there are no connection issues while charging, please contact us for a replacement.

  2. Move your keyboard or Dongle to a better spot.

  3. Try different cables.

  4. PC devices, Don't plug the dognle into USB hub, try the motherboard ports.

  5. Use the USB-A to C adapter and a cable to connect the Dongle, and try different ports. Some USB ports or Cables can interfere with nearby 2.4ghz wireless devices, unplug USB 3.0

  6. Stay away from WIFI routers.

If keyboard still has issues, please contact us for a replacement.
